What do you offer in you 1 free session? |

Your Personal Trainer will sit down with you and complete a medical and physical assessment and discuss the results you are looking to achieve. In addition, your body measurements will be recorded and your body fat will be calculated. |

Will I see result in few weeks? |

It honestly depends primarily on how bad you want to achieve your goals and how hard you are willing to work. Our personal training programs will allow you to get the most out of your fitness and nutrition. On average, most clients lose approximately 1 pound of body fat (not scale weight) per week and often will lose 5-15 pounds in a 6 week period. |

Do I need equipment at home to work out? |

You will not need any equipment to begin your workout sessions at home. Our trainers will bring everything necessary to provide an effective exercise program. |

Do you guys train at the gym? |

Yes, there are certain gyms that we are able to train in. There are some gyms that will not allow a client to bring in an outside trainer. Check with us if you have a particular gym in mind. |

I have a community gym? Can you train there? |

Most often, a community gym will allow you to bring in a personal trainer to work with. |

I have my other family members who want to do personal training, do you offer any discount? |

Of course, we offer different family packages. Please call us at 240.246.5328 to ask about our family discount package. Also referred as group training package. |

Do you have referrals that I can call to ask about you? |

Yes, we will be happy to give you references for clients who are willing to speak to you about their training experiences. |

How many trainers you have and what are their backgrounds? |

Currently we have four trainers in our company. All trainers are certified and have various athletic backgrounds including: bodybuilding, kickboxing, and martial arts. They are knowledgeable in nutrition, weight loss programs and the design of appropriate exercise programs. |

How long are the sessions? |

The sessions vary depending on the client’s needs. We offer 30, and 60 minute sessions. |

How do you check body fat? |
| |
We use an instrument known as a caliper to measure body fat from three different sites of the body. The measurements are entered into a formula and the body fat is calculated. |

Do I have a choice for a trainer? |

We select a trainer that best meets your scheduling and program needs. If you have a particular request for a male or female trainer, we try our best to accommodate that request. |

Do you work on weekends? |

Yes, we have trainers that work evenings and weekends. Our trainers are flexible and can meet your scheduling needs. |

How much space do I need at my house to work out? |

It is not necessary to have a large space to work out in. Again, we can adapt a program that takes into account space and equipment which may or may not be available. |

Where is your company located? |

We do not have a brick and mortar location for Potomac Personal Trainers. Our trainers travel to our client’s homes, community gyms and Fitness First locations in the Potomac, Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg and North Potomac area.
