All classes combine several elements of fitness in a one-hour session including:
- 8-12 minutes of warm-up to prepare your body for exercise and to decrease the risk of injury
- 20-40 minutes of aerobics to improve your cardiovascular system
- 5-8 minutes of rigorous abdominal work
- 4-6 minutes of cool down and stretches to work on flexibility and relaxation
- Classes range from 45 to 60 minutes in length

How does it work?
Provide us with your friends names and email addresses and rest is on US…we will co-ordinate with your friends and setup your free group session. Group Training sessions are still personal as the trainer pays close attention to your form and keeps your goals in check so you don’t get lost in the crowd of big classes.
