One-on-one personal training is our most basic program that we have been involved with for over 10 years. Most of our clients prefer one-on-one sessions because our personal trainers are equipped with the professional knowledge necessary to tailor a fitness program that’s right for you. How does it work:
One-on-one personal training is offered in different packages. You can sign-up for a 10, 20 or a 30 session package. The session lasts about 45min. to 1 hour and includes assisted stretching towards the end of the class.
