If you know a friend who wants to get in shape with you then it doesn’t get any better. You will have a partner and it’s much more affordable.

All classes combine several elements of fitness in a one-hour session including:

  • 8-12 minute warm-up to prepare your body for exercise and to decrease the risk of injury
  • 20-40 minute aerobic segment to improve your cardiovascular system
  • 5-8 minute period for abdominal work
  • 4-6 minutes of cool down stretches to work on flexibility and relaxation
  • Classes range from 30 to 60 minutes in length
